Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Flowspot Hub digital properties ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Data Protection & Cookie Preferences policies. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately. Corporate visitors acting on behalf of an organization confirm they hold authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of Services
Flowspot Hub provides trade marketing consultancy materials, activation planning collateral, and informational pricing for service packages. Deliverables are described per engagement letters executed offline. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding quote until countersigned by authorized representatives.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse forms, APIs, or downloadable assets. Scraping, credential stuffing, or attempting to disrupt analytics instrumentation violates these terms and may trigger technical defenses. You may not misrepresent affiliation with retailers, distributors, or Flowspot Hub partners.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly noted, Site content—including diagrams, copy, and downloadable frameworks—is owned by Flowspot Hub or licensors. Limited viewing rights are granted for evaluation; redistribution requires written consent. Client-specific deliverables remain governed by separate statements of work.
5. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Flowspot Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use. Aggregate liability for direct damages tied strictly to Site availability issues caps at KRW 500,000 unless mandatory consumer protections prescribe otherwise.
6. Governing Law & Venue
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do shall host disputes unless consumer-protection statutes designate alternate venues for eligible individuals.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend access when misuse is suspected or when security incidents demand containment. Enterprise engagements terminate according to offline contracts; informational Site accounts may be revoked with reasonable notice except where immediate suspension protects partners.
8. Modifications
We update these Terms periodically. Material revisions receive highlighted notices on the Site for at least fourteen days where feasible. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires affirmative consent.
